Your phone or mobile device is your credit union terminal. Download the mobile links from the Google or Apple store and be in control of your account in real time.
The Mobile App has all the features of @Home Banking scaled to your mobile screen.
- Standing in line and want to make sure of your balance? Look at your phone and there it is.
- Need to make a mobile deposit? Just take a picture of your check, and send it through the app.
- Want to send $20 to the guy who mowed your lawn? Use P2P and he is paid.
- Need to transfer money in or out of your HCU account? Use A2A to initiate the transfer to or from another institution.
Digital Wallets
HCU offers many mobile payment options to make your shopping experiences easier.
Add your HCU debit card to compatible mobile devices, including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay .
After you have downloaded and installed the app you want to use, you can pay with just a tap of your phone, and you will be on your way without fumbling around in your wallet.
APPLE PAY
Add your Horizon Credit Union Visa Debit Card to the wallet icon preloaded to your iPhone. At merchants who have terminals set up to accept Apple Pay, all you need to do is tap your phone to the terminal and keep your finger on the Touch ID button. Members can use Apple Pay in-store and in-app with the latest versions of iPhones and iPads.
SAMSUNG PAY
If it’s not already pre-installed, download the Samsung Pay app to your device. Follow the prompts and add your Horizon Credit Union Visa Debit Card in the app. You will be prompted to either use your fingerprint or create a Samsung Pay PIN. Swipe up from your home screen and either enter your Samsung Pay PIN or tap your fingerprint to activate your Samsung Payment. Tap the card terminal and your transaction will be complete. If you have issues using your phone at a merchant, make sure the NFC setting on your phone is enabled.
Samsung Pay is available with the latest Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and Note products. The availability will vary by mobile network operator. The app will appear when you install the operating system update. The app is not available for download on unsupported devices.
GOOGLE PAY
If it’s not already pre-installed, download the Google Pay app to your device. Follow the prompts to add your Horizon Credit Union Visa Debit Card in the app. At merchants who have terminals set up to accept Google Pay, unlock your phone, and hold it up to the card terminal when paying.
